It will be a waste of your time. You need to follow the program exactly as it is laid out. Otherwise, it is simply a waste of your time.
- Third, you need to be able to let go of past failures and put your faith in this plan. Even if you failed with numerous diets in the past, it doesn’t mean anything about this one. This is a program which is different because it is laid out exactly for your body type. This is why I urge you to have faith. Your mindset has to be positive to create a successful fat loss plan. If you do all that you have a great chance of doing well with this program.
